Metal - Liverpool'Artist in Residence' - http://www.metalculture.com

I'm so pleased to be March artist in (remote) residence at Metal. Looking forward to working with the Team to develop my practise and ideas. More information: http://www.metalculture.com/metal-remote-residences-march/

I'm working on a couple of film projects so look stay tuned to our social media for previews.

Meet me at the Spring (MMATS)

I will create an observational documentary style film about the conversations that happen as people collect water and visit the natural spring at St James Gardens in Liverpool to highlight the characters and exchange of ideas, histories, experiences and positive energy within this vital community space and the ways Liverpool communities have been able to remain connected and resilient in the face of Covid 19. I also hope to arrange community screenings of the film hosted online and, when social distancing restrictions are lifted, in local venues such as Granby Winter Garden, Metal and Toxteth TV to bring audiences together again.

Yore Lens on L8 (YLOL8)

“Yore Lens on L8” is a video film screening project, creating a series of short films about Arts, Community and History in L8. Editing a range of archive vhs/hi8/dv footage of activities from 1998 to present. Five(5) shorts, of varied duration, will be produced. A web page will be created for online audiences. They will be streamed online, couple with Talks at International Slavery Museum and Metal. Shown at Liverpool Museum, Toxteth TV and Winter Garden, via booked viewings. Footage will be submitted to local library archives. Films share and celebrate decades of creativity in L8.
